EnGendered Species brings together works by twenty eight artists from six countries at Cal State Long Beach University’s Gatov and Merlino galleries, April 2nd - 6th, 2006, before traveling to the Advocate and Gochis Galleries, Lily Tomlin/Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Center of the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center, April 8th - May 12th, 2006.
EnGendered Species was conceived and curated by students (credits) in two Cal State Long Beach courses: an art history seminar taught by Dr. Karen Kleinfelder, Fall 2005, and a museum studies practice class taught by Victoria Bryan, Spring 2006.
